Once your Program has been accepted, you should set up a web page under the indico (or agenda) system; see http://agenda.albanova.se. Click the login button and follow the instructions. E.g., it will tell you how to register and get a login. (Click that you need a password, if that's what you need. Registration is disabled by default. Click that you want to enable it, if that's what you want, and so forth.)
Set up a program as a Conference under Nordita events, with the possibility of others to sign up as Program applicants. Try to set up things similarly to or better than for previous Programs.
Some Programs have a short (e.g. 3 days) symposium as part of the Program, either at the beginning or the end of a Program.
The booking of seminar rooms and lecture theaters is done via the web page http://rooms.albanova.se/. Make sure you have the seminar room being reserved for much of the time of your programs.
Many of our talks are being recorded. Program organizers can either do this themselves using the Nordita web camera, or they can ask Laila Leidersten to do the recording using a proper camera.
The allocation of office space is being handled by the Director.
Program participants are encouraged to register preprints at with the Nordita preprint data base; see http://www.nordita.org/preprints/.
The program organizers will automatically take part in the Nordita faculty meetings on Wednesdays at 13.00 pm, if scheduled. These meetings can be used to discuss practical matters between Program organizers and Nordita staff.
Regarding other practical matters at Nordita, consult the Nordita wiki page http://wiki.nordita.org/index.php/Practical_Information
This and many other pages have been edited using Wiki; see http://wiki.nordita.org/. Log on to the system, and register if you haven't done this before. Try to enter additional useful information.
